Here is the latest from the dungeon. I took me 2 weeks to build but 6 months to get started due to wanton idleness .
The armwand is made up of Kamagong, it is lighter than the normal ET2 armwand and wired up with Cardas tonearm wire. The arm "sounds" good on my infallible fingernail tap test. It makes a short, polite tic; no ringing or thumping. I will eagerly await the owner's feedback on how good (or bad) it performs! However way it behaves, the owner can be proud that he owns the only wood ET2 armwand in the entire milky way .
I was surprised how much better it looks compared to the standard ET2 armwand. It was not too hard to make save for the "cloning" of the electrical connector and the wand's mechanical attachment to the slider.
