Donaire vs Vasquez: Feb. 4, 2012

Postby pinoy_usa8 » Fri Dec 30, 2011 9:07 am

Nonito climbing to 122 pounds & will face the Puerto Rican Vasquez.

What an easy fight for Donaire. IMO Vasquez wont past round 7, he's too wide open for Donaire's left hook. Nonito wont even need to counter this guy.

This is like a Sodorenko fight, who visited the canvas 4x.

Well, sooner or later Donaire will face Juan Manuel Lopez, the cubans >> Gamboa & Rigondeaux <<< the real test of Nonito.

Will Vasquez play a Mayweather style?

(Mayweather vs JMM) paid the penalty for being over weight just to take the advantage into the fight?
More weight = more power!

Overweight or drained, he wont last anyway. Donaire is more powerful at 122, than w/ Montiel @ 118

I'm guessing Vasquez wont' reach round 5..He's open, easy target and likes to go forward.

senyor Henry,

next to Manny and Nonito, Denver comes in a close third as one of the best out there. because he is in the lightest weight class, he doesnt get much attention, nor does he have a fair chance of making it to the weight classes that offer the big moolah. but pound for pound, "The Excitement" is as good as the stalwarts ruling the boxing scene today.

for those who havent heard of Denver Cuello, google him and you tube his fights. you will be very excited about this young Pinoy prospect.

a little better than Julaton.

i need to see him in 2 more fights. if he shows a lot promise by then, he could justify sporting that hair-do of his. i hope he doesnt turn out to be another Marvin Sonsona.

Action packed. From the get-go its all power shots from both of them. This kid is good. Promising. And he's got power in his hands. I'd love to see our kid take on a much experienced fighter.

Khan vs Garcia

Postby pinoy_usa8 » Thu Jul 12, 2012 11:08 am

Can Amir Khan KO Garcia? or the other way around?

Khan has something to prove to redeem his loss, while Garcia is naturally a talented fighter.
Lets find it out

Magandang bakbakan to Bai. Mas superior ang skill ni Amir ke Garcia. Pero minsan ang skill kaya talunin ng pressure. I have Amir Khan winning by late round stoppage.

Will look forward to it like new year's eve bro. As for Mares, He has proven he could handle a technically savvy opponent in the person of Moreno. Props to Mares.
