That Altmann is actually a Technics SP-10 w/ a custom base. Bagay sa kanya yung DV arm (yung older version). ttommy and jadis has the laterst version of this arm.
Both Brinkmann and Horning (Danish) has optional Tube based PSU's/. The Brinkmann actually heats the main bearing for "consistency".
$800 pa rin kaya yung standard Morsiani tonearm? Magnetic ant-skate w/ 78rpm stylus as bearing.
There are too many turntables out there especially coming out of Germany (I think it's the country w/ the highest sales of vinyl in the past few years).

The deck that interests me is is jadis'
dps deck (check out the system of jadis in his own forum). Again, it is Teutonic in origin but is very simple mild-mannered looking despite it's sophisticated design. Madugo nga lang presyo.
This one has a local distributor (I recently found out) but I dunno if this model will land on our shores. It's simplicity is attractive to me at least(pero wala akong budget para dito

Acoustic Signature Calypso
Verdier also has an all out statement deck. It's not magnetic suspension this time (but I like the La Platine Vintage w/ granito base)... It now comes w/ hydraulic pump for the oil suspension for the 60kg platter.
