turntable ground connection in PAS 3

Postby rafael montalvo » Tue Dec 13, 2005 9:50 pm

I recently bought a technics tt (sl1300). Where do I connect the ground of the TT to the PAS 3.

I would really appreciate your help.

any screw on the PAS would serve as ground.

this only works if the chassis is also grounded via a 3-prong plug (in teh case of a modified PAS). otherwise, just leave it open.

Thanks VD. So, I can use the screw on the side of the chasis to connect the ground. My PAS 3 is a restored one, still 110v, stock plug. Sir, what do you mean by "just leave it open".
