where can I have a custom logo engraved?

Now that my speakers are just about done, I'm thinking about the next project (a couple of mono amps). It would be wrong to not have an unfinished project cluttering up the workbench . . . .

I want to have a custom logo of my own design engraved onto the aluminum face plates. What I have in mind is NOT the sort of thing done by jewellers, using standard typefaces. They will need to reproduce my design. I have seen it referred to as "pantograph" engraving (this might be just the name of the machine they use). Anyone know where I could have this done?

Hi,
Please look for "metal engravers" in your yellow page directory.
Advise engraver that you have your own design, existing material and size,
how you want it installed and how much it will cost. Specify material surface where your custom logo be installed. Pantograph is one of engraving processes. Hope this will help you brod.

You could also try trophy makers. Some of them have their own engraving equipment or they could refer you to those who could do it using your design.

I'm reviving this thread. Need your help and recommendation. Need something similar but not for audio use but for office use (office project)...I need some metal plate logos fabricated...something like this:

gunsmiths are pretty skilled engraving intricate scrolls on slides... just a thought
