Ouch! I did buy one :)

i've had it for more than a year and except for a loud noise from the fan upon power up (which disappears in 20 seconds) no problems whatsoever :)

Pero going back to basics, my soft heart still goes to my favorite KONKA. Some may say its cheap. :x Some may say it can only be bought in cheap stores by cheap salesmen who know nothing..... :(

But at the end of the day, KONKA (to me) rules :!:

Just listen to it.....

KONKA

Ang tindi ng dating diba :?:

Ooops sorry po. To each his own lang naman eh.

However, considering your positive review on its reliability, I may still consider it..... 8)

Excellent info Superman :!: Super ka talaga :!:

SKYWORTH

OK rin ang dating ah. :) Something tells me that the mids and highs of this unit would be great. Just like having air between vocals and instruments. :)

May potential rin to Superman. Did you ask how much this brand costs :?:

Aba, best of all worlds na to mga digital gurus. :)

Wait a minute....... lets say it.......

NOKINA

Naku, parang masama vibes ko dito sa tunog ng brand name ah. :( Parang celphone kasi ang dating eh. :( Considering this, I believe this will be obsolete in a month's time - ala celphone. :( Sabagay, ganun rin naman ang digital, kaya patas lang. :)

Pero if this brand is made in Finland, aba, may potential to. :) Gamit kaya to ni Kimi Raikkonen at Mika Hakkinen :?:

The MUSICAL FIDELITY TRI-VISTA SACD player has a bad reputation for its reliability. In the DC area I have known some to have failed out of the box. One should stick to reliable old hands at digital such as MERIDIAN, WADIA, DCS, to some extent KRELL, SPECTRAL. The ML is also suspect specially with the company in shaky grounds, I would not want to invest in something expensive and come crunch time you have to junk the unit.

mshoe,

walang koetsu pero meron Pohtsu bagay ito sa Bose 901!

Teka baka magalit sa akin si SC konting objective input:

Lots of talk of CDPs, little or no talk of external DACs. Bang for Buck can't go wrong with the MSB Link and MF X-24K.

Hi,

Just my opinion both formats have their merits and inadequacy to consider IT as THE ONE AND ONLY MEDIUM FOR MUSIC. :)

Neither is right!

Preference to LP/Vinyl over CD/SACD or vice versa is again subjective.

Both recording format were designed to ENJOY and APPRECIATE MUSIC AT HOME!

Maaga ka pala magising George! Got your PM see you when I get back.

Sounds like a reasonable formula. :)

Needs expanding though:

where it is equal to a selected piece of software

[(Analog if you have it + Digital if you can't get it) / Home] + (Digital/ Outside of home) = Your favorite Music anywhere you may go

Mas-friendly naman ata ito. :)
