Can this be used in a front loaded horn design? TIA

What's at the other end of that umbilical? Are these the ones in Stereophile that are driven by 300B units?

It is a field coil design and needs 10-12VDC voltage power supply to energize the magnetic field.

I have no hands on experience with this reissue, but have written about the classic permanent magnet versions - 755A, 755C and 755E.

Try using Chrome as a browser, it has a translation feature, not perfect but it gets me around.

Back in the Sound Practices days Bruce Edgar designed a horn for the original 755. Initial reception was good but limits its function as a mid-range>HF driver, just like how Edgar Vilchur utilized it in his original AR-1.

The original design(s) have developed a cult following mainly because of how these drivers make music - recent HE Asylum thread.

Hopefully the reissue lives up to expectations...
