Looking for Headhunter

My Indonesian employer a large mining company is looking to possibly recruit Pinoy mine managers and engineers. Would appreciate referral for reputable local headhunters that can handle major company requirement. I used to use John Clements many years ago, though I am not sure if they are still a good choice nowadays. Any help appreciated.

Incidentally we are also looking for one senior finance controller / manager, preferably someone mid to late 30s, with 10 to 15 year experience, with at least 5 years work with one of the top accounting consulting firms, and another 5 years dealing with various business environments. Mining company experience a plus. Company pays good money for good people. Assignment will be Jakarta, Indonesia with typical expat benefits. Company is a multi billion $ publicly listed Indonesian coal mine. Once we engage with a local headhunter I suspect these will be posted at relevant media.
