yan talaga ang image na nasa isip ko when i think about middle eastern dining. kaya lang, yung nasa picture, sa tingin ko, maysadong "at home" ang feel. medyo may mesa naman yata't upuan/silya para "dining out" experience. then again, are the lebanese also used to this kind of sharing? baka naman more mediterranean than arab ang dining experience sa kanila... di kaya?

oo beirut,lebanon kilala dati as french riviera of the mid-east. alala ko pag nanonood ng LBC (lebanese channel) mga outdoor ang kainan. parang kulob yata ang resto na ito. ano kaya ang target market nila?

keywords - authentic and village, siguro kailangan kausapin maigi yung lebanese chef. kailangan inspired ang chef para masarap ang pagkain.

*imbitahin kamo si nawal al-zoghbi sa opening :) sigurado dudumugin ng lebanese at mideast expats yan
