Kindly point me to where I can get more info about my Dad's watch. The day doesn't move anymore but the date still does.

Is there a reputable repair shop I can bring it to, preferably in the Alabang area.

not sure about watchmakers in your area, but in makati, you can try andrew arnesto in nakati cinema square or the shop in the second level of greenbelt 1.

It's an Omega seamaster (not the original strap)

authorized service center of omega in ph is at 6750 in makati. if you prefer an independent watch maker, the shop in greenbelt 1 is on the second floor, near the access way to the parking. there's a shop that sells pre-owned watches nearby.

where I can find a store in Metro Manila area, who sells a pre-owned Rolex authentic, na hindi fly by night.
