In-Ear Monitor options

I'm in the market for in-ears with the primary purpose of using it as a monitor for live band applications. Our current monitor wedges basically messes up with my hearing after the first few songs. Also, the fact that the drums is right beside me isn't helping my cause. Which brings me to the uncharted region of in-ears. Lately, I've been eyeing the Shure SE215 (entry level IEMs) which costs about 5K. Read good reviews about it, but still wanted to check if other wiredstate members has any experience using one.

On another note, maybe you have another brand within the same price range you'd like to recommend to me. As always, thank you wiredstate.
