Can these headphones be rated as audiophile grade? Any users review?

Thanks and regards...

Soundwise they justify the price.
But if I'm spending almost 200 to 300 dollars I'm not expecting it to break after a few months of spare usage. Which happened to my in ear phones.
So beware and think twice before funneling your cash to this beast with a tag.
( sorry if I sounded like ranting, but I'm wee bit dissapointed on them)

ive heard it during the xmas break ( i think the totl model)....

warm and balance tone. well define top and bottom but never aggressive. i like it with the beyer 660, koss portapro compare to about 10 other headphones.
because of its builtin amp, you can plug in to almost anything. unfortunately as per owner's experience, the batteries doesnt last that long.

be wary when buying because there's like an oem, a pirated version so its hard to know which is real, like real and not real.
