While we're at room treatments and so on and so forth, why not check Steve Deckert's article "The Magic Hour" at www.decware.com/paper03.htm

Super!

Then go and check studies about Schumann's Resonance, how you might correlate this particular hour of the night, the earth's resonance, and you. I'll dig up the site later. It's the one entitled "On the Possible Effects of Changes in Schumann's Resonances on Human Psychobiology," by Richard and Iona Miller, O.A.K., 2002 based on the original research of Lewis B. Hainsworth.

Interesting how "even" ordered frequencies going in and around our bodies keeps us in harmony with the earth's, and all that talk about tube gear!

This is the extended version or updated article found at www.geocities.com/newbotanicals1/oak/ne ... humann.htm

There's a subtitle there "We've Got Rhythm" which connects what Santayana said about music as being the most abstract of arts that serves the dumbest emotion.
