Iphone/ipod connecttivity

Postby Dodie » Wed Mar 23, 2011 6:53 pm

Gud day sirs. Will just ask what hardware ill be needing for me to connect my ipod n iphone sa system ko. Im using a vintage power amp and an old tube preamp. Ginamitan ko before nung ic po na headphone jack on one end and rca's on the other tapos kinabit ko sa aux in of the preamp, mahina po yung sound, then kinabit ko direkta sa power amp, sama ng tunog. Kakakulikot ko nasunog ko pa yung tweeter nung isang speaker .  .

A DAC would be the best option for sound quality.
You can start with MF V-DAC for value and go all the way to Naim and even higher.

Please share experiences with Naim DAC, especially compared to cheaper competition (rDAC or Cambridge Audio). I also understand you can't connect its USB directly to the computer, coax or Toslink only...?
