I promised an update so here it is.

720p video streaming simultaneously with alac doesn't stutter using nas (synology disk station ds411+ with western digital caviar green hdd's) over airport extreme and airport express.

I'm looking for 1080p videos to stream with higher def audio but honestly, I'm not really looking for that much more quality of both audio and video for my purposes.
