Tyrone/Noel:

Photos of the temporary location of the Aurums. Fresh, out of the box.
Sorry for the photo quality as it doesnt do justice to the real beauty of these Rosewoods. Impeccable!

Looking at your room size based on the speaker placement on the pic you have made the right decision getting the V6. The V7 might be too large for your room width :)

thank you again

Indeed sir. However, color and cost were the deciding factors :) The v6 and v7 are both top notch in terms of sonics, design, and build quality.

No really. 'Saw and heard the V7F one time and for me they are one of the best sounding floor standers I've heard. Only a few hours of running-in but they REALLY impress.

You have bass that's powerfull and tight, imaging that's fantastic as these big speakers CAN disappear and you can imagine the musical performance in front of you. And of course the crystal clear highs of the Aurum Cantus ribbons, WOW.

Bro, with the monos you have, these will be perfect.

Made me drool.

have you guys heard the AC Supreme driven by Lamms? You should..

I thought my A101 (AC cousins) sounded good with the Hurricane - but man, the Lamm Ref 1.2 took my Accentus A101 to another level. I only got maybe 20 hours on the Lamms, but the synergy is there already. The bass is blooming like I never heard before, I actually had to turn off the powered subs  and the mids and highs are clearer but sweeter.

I could live with this combo for a long time, but sadly, the A101 have to be relegated to HT duties.
