Btw, forgot to mention that the room is actually an attic of the house,
the ceiling of the speaker end of the room is kind of like an A type ceiling
very typical of attics. And the speaker end of the room is a little narrower than the listening area, making both side walls non parallel. Some
friends who were there say that this is actually a good characteristic
of the room. And I agree. Despite playing a loud levels, I can hardly
detect any room related resonances, specially in the bass area.

And one last pic taken from the side of the Krell MRA. I heard from the
owner that EIGHT !!! people are needed to carry just one of the mono's.
(I believe in reality "only" SIX are needed, the other two are just
to scream at the 6 in case they drop it down the stairs.)
Look at those bus bars at the top as handles......

rtsyrtsy,

Two runs of speaker cable , Biwiring I think ? Nordost Valhalla for the satellites(too big to

call these sats!) and Transparent Reference for the Subs. :)

Slayer

Is that right? I may be wrong. :)

jo2,

yeah, i was thinking along the lines of a transparent power cable (or a dirty, discolored MIT? not likely) running beside the nordosts. ;)

jo2,

AFAIK, he doesn't have a sub. You might be right there... bi-wired nordost valhalla + transparent?

slayer,

Thanks for the post on the Pipedreams system. I remembered I mentioned it as
one of the 6 super systems I have heard but I believe I have not access for photos
of that, or that it would be more difficult than normal considering the proximity to my
area; north and south. Given that, I might ACTUALLY complete all 6 rooms, who knows.
