Erstwhile, I had only been to 1 HK Audio Show - the 1st one around 1991. So I was expecting a big blast from this year's audio spectacle with side trips to duck and dimsum houses. :D The sights and sound were utterly amazing and thrilling, to say the least.

It's quite thrilling, Ding. I had a great time. Window shopping, so to speak.

My pleasure, Ed. The subject may be the comfortable couch. hehe

Indeed, what is the most awesome turntable set-up without the comfortable couch?

Incidentally, how do you keep track of audio visual shows in Asia Pacific and in other parts of the globe? Is there a consolidated calendar somewhere you could refer to us? Speaking of AVShows, the 2016 Nov Hi Fi Show poster is already available, right?

Thanks, Philip

Von,

I think the HK Show is always on the first week of August. Tokyo maybe September. Worldwide, the most famous one is in Munich. And there are shows in LA and Denver every year. Just google it. Not sure about the availability of the poster though.

Thanks for the pics, looks awesome! (Even if somewhat unattainable :) - some pricey gear!
