I wish to suggest, though, that they put up an email address to entertain private enquiries such as prices, shipping costs, etc. I believe this would help sales.

From a consumer's point of view, I also hope that they put up an after sales service link as well as a user's manual.

I've experience it several times also. When i email to a friend paste a b l o g s p o t link, the word "b l o g s p o t" automatically changes to "cnn" at the receipient's inbox. Don't know why?

ok, i can now safely say that it is the "forum word filter" at work.

the reason it always works on mine is because I use the syntax [url=http://www.somedomain.com]Go here![/url] format. the url embedded is not displayed so it does not get "filtered" out.

if you just paste it, it will be displayed and the filter will be applied.

hope it clears the confusion.
