If you can convert the termination to female RCA plugs, you can now use whatever IC you have on hand or choose. It is possible, that corrosion has set-in on the original ICs hampering the sonics.

Doc,

OT: Wanna try how a nude 103R sounds? :) I was able to undress my 103R, in preperation for the redressing with a wood body :)

(I just realized... I need to make a mounting for the Nude 103R :$ :$ :$ :$ )

Jon- That's right. Once you've stripped your 103R NEKID :tmi: you have to fasion a platform to mount it. I'm wondering how different materials will sound... :?:

Jef,

Kung alanganin ka sa budget, you can download the template of the AT6 and have a sash factory cut you the plinth. As for the tonearm, I think there are stock RB 250 tonearms sold in the marketplace from time to time, you can check it out. Kung may budget ka, SME 3009 tonearm ]:) ]:) ]:)

For properly setting it up, bring it to Rene or Joe3rp 8)
