Congrats Abe !! Compact ang design , atleast di sasakit ang likod mo if ever you want to relocate your 124. 8) 8) 8)

By the way, angkinis ng 124 mo ah , was it serviced/re-painted before ?

Hello Jomar,

Thanks much! Yeah, this one is much lighter than say, a cld plinth I have for the MKII.

Nope, the tt was not re-painted. When I got it, I applied clear wax (just like the one we use for cars) and carefully buff it. Tanggal yung mga discoloration due to age and did not damage the paint. May mga tama din, di lang nakita sa picture.

Bosing, di ko alam eh! My bro has this stock pile of wood and I chose one, then he worked on it. Mura lang siguro, ang mahal yung mga tools na ginamit :D

Seriously, di ko alam but see this plinth http://www.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?anlgtabl&1229725975&/Thorens-TD-124-cherry-plinth being offered for $320. I do not know about you pero mahal sa $320 yung ganyan lang ang itsura.
