Racio, beautiful macho bold look, my type. You should invite the U.P. Singing Ambassadors to sing in your home, have it recorded, and played back on your system. Let them hear their voices, and viola, get goose bumps!! I'm curious. How big is your room and high is the chapel-like ceiling?

Nice grab shots save for the flare from the windows, and some barrel distortion. But what the heck, it's fun to look at.

Sige, pero machikip pare. Di na tayo kasya lahat tulad ng dati. hehe. I had those leatherette curtains custom made, it's a lot cheaper than buying them off the shelf.

Thanks James, but unless the bass and baritone singers carry the alto and supranos on their shoulders, they'll have a difficult time snuggling up inside the room. hehe. It seems that those pics look a bit deceiving, because it's actually quite small (only 3.8mx4.2mx5.5m at the apex). I had to place a large "unorthodox" room treatment at one end of the room's corner.

Yep, the 14mm prime is pretty prone to flare. The hood certainly didn't help much in that regard. Anyways, I'm glad you liked them photos! :)

Good thing I usually leave my vinyls high up. I guess I have to do the same w/ my CDs from now on.

:o Oi Parc! Aba, nagpost din sa wakas si "Mr. Photoshop" dito. Let me greet you a warm welcome to WS pare koi. By the way, paturo pa pala ng post editing. Coming from strictly film shooting before, I'm not as photoshop savvy as you. Puro lang ako crop and save hanggang ngayon. :?

Hey Hansen, do you still remember what you did to compensate for room acoustics during the 1st HiFi show? Let me refresh your memory then...

Hmmm... I've yet to fiddle w/ it ever since Doc Gerry fine tuned the Oracle for me. Gamitin ko nga yung VTA adjustment on-the-fly thingamajing na binigay sakin ni Tonyboy. Pero, parang nawala ko na yata yun ah.
