hi, do check out also the shops located along Sim Lim Tower(SLT) at the corner of Sungei and Jalan Besar road, thats besides Sim Lim Square...thats the Raon version of Singland
for reference;
1.Resistors & caps - check out the basement, 2nd & 3rd floor...
2.Canare/Belden cables - store's name is LHS electronics, 2nd flr near escalator, nakatago sa likod ng mga store selling car audio eqpt...you won't miss it coz their's a guy with shaggy hair with a bench pwesto making I/Cs outside..
3.CD lens assembly - HI-Tek Electronics and YST electronics, 3rd floor.....
feel free to amuse yourself also, check out this store at the 3rd flr opposite the Toshiba memory card shop, there's a "snake oil" uncle selling a DIY whatchamacallit that he claims would improve SQ when you attached it to your system...pag me nakita kang nag-uumpukan na mga "uto-uto" yun na iyon....
....me kilala ako kasi akong nabiktima na member ng WS.....

Bro,
2 great stores to buy all your electronic parts. Both are located near ChinaTown MRT station.
Koba Electronics
#03-06 PEOPLE'S PARK CENTRE,
101 Upper Cross Street, Singapore 058357
65331672
agree ako dito, look for the young guy named Wei Cap, he can make a lot of good recommendations plus offer discount...alam niya ang laman ng store niya...

hello Felix!
The band of brothers in Singland take me to Well Audio and Martin Electronics in Burlington Square right across Sim Lim. the proprietors like Filipinos because of the great impression given by the likes of Edwin, George, Bob, Elvin, Ronnie, etc.
nice to know you and your lovely wife and children are taking a vacation. have a great time there!
thanks Buboy, we try to maintain our "bad" record that way...
hope this helps...enjoy your stay in Singapore....oopppss, plugging na rin, do check out,
http://www.marinabaysands.com/ , if you're planning to enter the casino, bring your passport along, free entrance for tourists...
