Hmmm... My hunch was right all along 15 liters at 0.5 Qts so I thought, Ike's voigt should be very close, it was in the 48 to 54 Hz range so very close to driver specs. No wonder it will not work with the 6 in RS and the lowther, they have lower Qts ratings (0.23 to 0.26), roughly twice the number of liters.

My method to determine (statistical) Q using the equipment I have is good enough, but let me confirm that before I make that a final statement.
