Superb Customer Service!

Postby arnoldc » Wed May 19, 2004 12:13 pm

George Mabasa is 8)

I would like to cite the excellent customer service given to his customers who bought small things and bigger things.

Support is top-notch and product warranty policy is well defined.

Thank you, George for being there for us. My hat's off to you!

I can't wait to get my new Sigma :)

Because you'll need more than 1's and 0's to have LOVE - PEACE - RESPECT. It will take both extremes and everything in between.

PEACE!

Merienda was courtesy of my Super Dealer, HYPERTRIODE. Service also by him. Trabaho sya! Why don't you come by every Sunday para masaya. Tell Arnel, too.

ihatejazz will give away a bottle of Jovan, Brut, or English Leather (customer's choice) with the next purchase of a Clearaudio or VPI TT.

Too bad I missed the promo.

My Tangent tonearm cable developed a unique problem - the very fine wire was surgically cut at different points. I noticed the first cut months ago, and I can't figure out how it happened (but I believe in Murphy's Law) so I soldered it. After several months, another cut was found in a different position (and no, the wife has nothing to do with it).

Last night my replacement "wire" came and I picked it up from ihatejazz's place. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's actually a "kit" and came with everything you need, including silver solder.

So after carefully assembling it and soldering it back into the Tangent assembly, it looks like a factory supplied, assembled unit :D

Here it is playing Sonny Rolins "Way Out West"

A closer look at the wiring

Here's what it looked like prior to replacement. You'll notice several solder points.

Thanks to Mr. George Mabasa for the excellent customer service!
