Where can I find expandable sleeves?

Just finished by DIy power cable and need expandable sleeves for that "pro look".
Does anyone know where I can get this "por metro"?

mozilla, nalito ako nung una about the clarity comment. i had to a-b again (grabe hirap, ang tigas - ng cable ha). and for sure and na notice ko that is consistent is the tightening of bass.
