really Amazing!!

have the same comment as one of the poster: how does one needle read both channels?

Peter Ledermann of Soundsmith fame gave a talk at RMAF explaining exactly how it works. I'll look for that link. It's an hour well spent IMO. :)

Magnified 10000x we might see some Spartans holding off some Persians!

I thought vinyls are uniformly grooved. Looking closely at the magnified view, It's not.

Because it is three dimensional not two. The vertical and horizontal signals combined create a unique signature that can be decoded for left and right channels
