Inexpensive Cart for Technics TT

Postby KD » Sat Nov 01, 2003 3:57 pm

I have here a very old Technics SL-D202 with no cartridge. Motor still works. I suppose I can resurrect it but I need a new cartridge. What can you recommend (less than $100)?

You can get the entry level Grados. :) I think they have a few models costing $50 to $100 each. :)

Shure M44-7. You won't regret it. You can get it at the Audiophile store on Pioneer (beside KFC). Retails for under PhP2K(cartridge+stylus). Replacement stylus easily available.
