Pagdating sa Lenco, bossing si Noly. Kung kasama turntables, sama ko na si Remus! And please, umiwas kayo kay Dindo na tiga San Pedro Laguna. Dami ng nagoyong gamit nito, my audio gears included:-(

sino bang dindo to mukhang magaling gumawa yan.hehehe

Thanks to WiredState for a suggestion like this and for the experts in WA who never fails to help everyone in need. I am having some reservation where to bring my vintage Pioneer SX1250 and a JVC integrated amplifier because I had a bad experience with one repair technician from Makati named George. My attendance at the HI-Fi shows gave me the opportunity to know where to have my vintage amp repaired. I was able to contact from one of the participants in the show who helped me facilitate the repair of my vintage Technics Integrated amplifier SU-8088K, the problem was'nt serious I suppose coz it powers up with all the lights on and the sound out but the relay disengages after a few seconds. I brought the amplifier to him and I just call him up to keep in touch on how the repair was going, I was worried when 4 months passed I can't get a sure reply when it could be fixed. It lasted for a year when I finally decided to just pull it out, since it was quite heavy at 15 kg. I have decided to bring it to the Pioneer service center in Buendia, Makati, when I opened the box I was surprised to find one source was missing I don't know that part I think DIN connector it's a 5 pinhole in it and when the Pioneer tech removed the cover the more I was surprised to see the heatsink was replaced and the wires where not soldered at all. I brought it home and the following day I called him up to tell him what his technician did to my amplifier. I returned the unit to him but he has no assurance it could be restored again by the same technician, he offered me to replace it but I declined coz he was giving me a columbia compact receiver with 8track tape that seems to be very obsolete, I have just preferred to get the cash amount way below the right compensation. That's my bad experience as a newbie back in 2011. I have also read about Mr. Dindo who happens to be near my place here in San Pedro. For now I am relieved knowing Master Rene and the other trusted Technician recommended by WA could help us all in the restoration of our vintage solid state receivers and amplifiers. The issues on my Pioneer SX1250 I got from my cousin are as follows: rusted chassis hope there is a remedy, AM/FM dial selector(pointer) not moving but dial knob working, one wire connected to the voltage selector not soldered and one small wire to the heatsink also not connected hoping it could still be restored. The JVC integrated amplifier AX66B got it from my sister it's a 110 volts amp and I don't know how many watts per channel on it but I want it repaired first. It powers on but the volume is very weak in all the output though it's in full volume, hoping it could be rectified so I could set up one in the province. Thanks to the suggestions that will benefit and help us all..more power and regards to WS.

This is a very good idea. Maybe this thread could be that initiative. We can put their pics here along with their areas of expertise and complete address details.

Just a suggestion...
Throwing out names of persons is meaningless to those who do not know them... Bitin
Maybe the posters can give at least cell/phone number or address... Para meron chance of contact.
Just my 2 cents
Thanks
