I have a feeling this Lomachenko will sweep the featherweight division. He's got all the tools to be able to do that.

I agree. Killer conditioning to boot. Hindi talaga napapagod. His footwork looked as good in Rd 12 as it did in Rd 1.

Castillo need the money.
for the $250K, he took the risk.

like Mickey Rourke (62) vs the 29 yrs old oponent. the young boxer was offered $20G to take the beating & dive.

a kind of fight that you cant afford to miss.

will there be a rematch? it could be yes or it could be none at all.

im sure Stevenson watched the fight, he might be trembling by now.
well, he will make up an excuses or continue to duck & dodge just like Mayweather, lol

Kovalev the "Krusher". Very patient boxer. Always sticking to gameplan. And when a knock out opportunity peeks, He goes for it. And he crushes the opponent. Kudos to Pascal too. Though he came up short in his rally, he really did spice up the fight more. He fought with a big heart with some episodes of rubbery legs though when The Krusher landed shots. But it was clear Kovalev was on top of the game all night. Those haymaker loops from Pascal made me nervous for sometime. But Kovalev's whiskers proved to be tougher to crack. Some said the stoppage was premature. I say had the third man in the ring not stopped the fight, Pascal would've been subjected to a prolonged punishment that may render him not to be the same fighter that he is. It was a good call from the referee.

Matthysse vs Provodnikov

if this was 2 yrs ago, my bet would be Matthysse. his last 3 fights wasnt that so impressive- he's on the decline, I guess.

My pick tonight would be Provodnikov, knowing he's hungry, young, bigger & with power.
there could be a possiblity that he can knock Matthysse.

If im wrong with Matthysse,..we will see a Gatti-Ward like war tonight (morning in manila.)

Dont miss to watch.

Bedak is tough; but compared to Donaire, he has a mediocre boxing skills. A fringe contender.

I think Donaire is better off with a new trainer. He can go to Roach.

Donaire was getting slower with his new trainer. his dad was a better trainer though.

i think he's done. he said he want a rematch w/ Rigondeaux. Rigo will shut him up- unanimously.
