Day one Netflix Philippines user and fan here and I just wanted to share a list of some of the music related documentaries and movies available. :) Haven't watched any of them since I've been catching up with the Marvel comics (Jessica Jones, Daredevil) and DC comics (Arrow, Gotham) TV shows but I'll watch these for sure. Just wanted to post them here for easy reference

8. This Was Tomorrow (2015) - The Tomorrowland music festival marks its 10th anniversary in Belgium, the U.S. and Brazil, with all the diverse excitement of the annual event.

9. What Happened Miss Simone? (2015 Netflix Original) - Using never-before-heard recordings, rare archival footage and her best-known songs, this is the story of legendary singer and activist Nina Simone.

10. The Wrecking Crew! (2008) - Prolific session musicians the Wrecking Crew, who provided backup instrumentals for numerous popular bands in the 1960s, are profiled by filmmaker Denny Tedesco, whose father, Tommy, was a member of the band, in this absorbing documentary.

I think that's it. I'll try to update if there are some more music related documentaries:

Disclaimer: These are from the Netflix Philippines catalog only. I don't use VPN (and I don't plan to use one since Netflix has been cracking down on them).

Oh! This is something new I am going through. I do have a Netflix account and even my kids watch shows by Andrew Yeatman there. I didn’t know about these documentaries. It is amazing. I must take out time to watch these. I have already saved this post and shared it with my friends too.
