Btw, here is my insight which i posted at THE ANALOG SOURCE page in FB.

The last of the breed - LENCO G88 and G99.
They more or less share the same plate. Unlike the L series, these tables are meant to be installed with an outboard tonearm thus the possibility is limitless.
hmmm should it be a 9, a 10, or a 12. Im opting for the 10 for now because as they say its not the size but the performance hehehe let me find out soon.

For me, what's good with Lenco is they think they have perfected the turntable technology and so do i think too. Because from the earlier L70 to the latest G99, they have more or less the same technology and parts. Even the B series has the same mechanism as the L and the G series except for the light platter. Otherwise everything is interchangeable more or less.

Noly. . .you already bursted my bubble. The G88 was designed to beat the Garrard 301 and 401's. Many people say it did. Higher quality motor than the garrards. A fully functioning g88 is presently being sold at LH for 600 pounds(http://www.lencoheaven.net/forum/index.php?topic=7276.0). Pano na yan? pang ilan nako sa pila? Sabe mo mid next week pa balik mo at nakabakasyon ka pa. . . hu hu Unahin mo na yan muna, . Congrats sa owners ng G88 and G 99

it's mine so mauna un table mo na...also as ive said the motor of the g88 and the g99 is just the same as the L series.
