2 years right after college.
im always on the heavier side most especially in my 3rd/4th year in college at around 230lbs so went daily lap swimming for about 2 years starting my last year in engineering. i can do 5000 meters non-stop during my best times. my all time best weight i think about 1 year before that picture is at 155 lbs.

things happen....work, work, work, oplan, oplan, oplan hahaha just this morning, i was thinking....when you look at the mirror to check your body...you should do it sideways pala dapat....coz it seems that if you do it facing forward parang dka naman lumalapad until its too late that you cant see your hahaha pag pumapayat or tumataba, you'll noticed changes in thickness immediately hahaha
