I have heard about Obligatto Caps. Is it good?

Welcome to Wiredstate Franc! Used them (Obligattos) a few times. They sound good. Haven't had a chance to compare to other brands though. My mainstay are the Mundorfs, up there with the best (IME)!

Really? are there any stores here in Phil where I can buy them? though I've seen some in the internet
